The 96^th Annual General Meeting of The Country Women’s Association of Victoria Inc. will be held on Friday, 31 May 2024 at the Victoria Pavilion, Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, Epsom Road, Ascot Vale commencing at 10.00 am.

Appointment of Proxy:

To ensure that a quorum is present you are strongly encouraged to lodge a proxy form. A member may appoint another member as their Proxy for Attendance at the meeting and also a Proxy for Member of Honour Voting.  The Proxy Forms are included with this information. A copy of the RSVP Proxy for Attendance Form and Proxy Member of Honour Voting Form can also be downloaded from the website www.cwaofvic.org.au or can be requested by emailing cwaadmin@cwaofvic.org.au. Proxy forms sent by post or electronically must be received by the Association no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting. You are strongly encouraged to return your proxy immediately and preferably by email to ensure your Proxy Forms are received by no later than 10.00 am on Thursday, 30 May 2024 and able to be counted.
