The judge commented: “there is a real social message here also, with the concept of water being essential for life, the absence of water a symbol of the drought and the washing of hands being a symbol of the pandemic of 2020. Congratulations on a powerful, symbolic, and technically excellent image.”

Our calendar is a celebration of our members talents! Enjoy

The calendar is on sale for $20.00.

CWA Drought Relief

DROUGHT RELIEF UPDATE – 1st July 2020

CWA of Victoria is very pleased to be able to support those affected by drought by assisting with household expenses such as groceries, school, electricity, rates, telephone and emergency dental and medical bills. The CWA Drought Relief grants are designed to help people living in areas of drought with the household needs and expenses they have right now.

Grant payments from the CWA of Victoria Drought Relief program are up to a maximum of $3000 per individual applicant and/or household and are available for farming families, farm workers and contractors that are drought-affected and reliant on farming as their primary source of income.

This program is being funded through the Victorian Government’s Household Financial Relief program in addition to those funds and donations provided by Coles, other organisations, members of CWA Victoria and members of the public.
